I wanna ask a question from you, although it ain't related to fellowship, I hope u don't mind and answer this. I'm hope to join EM/Surgery/Anesthesia residency in 2008 match. I know these are pretty competitive residencies, and I'm trying hard to generate good credentials (i.e good scores, USCE etc). I'm also thinking about transitional year as one of the options to ultimately get into one the above mentioned fields. But I've very little information about this particular residency.
